Cancellation Policy: Please Read Carefully


Due to the upfront costs and involved logistics required for my workshops,
I have strict cancellation and refund policies.


  • A deposit of $500.00 is required at the time of registration. The remaining balance will be due 120 days before the scheduled workshop start date.

  • Workshops deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you need to cancel after you’ve paid in full, I can not guarantee a tuition balance refund. In the event that I’m able to fill your seat, I’ll refund your tuition minus the deposit.

  • I highly recommend you purchase refundable airline tickets and consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance and ensure you can make the workshop before you register.

  • Unused tuitions and deposits can not be applied to future workshops.

  • The Workshop schedule and shooting locations may change from that advertised based on weather, access to shooting locations, and other unforeseen situations. Whenever possible, registered students will be notified ahead of time of any changes.

  • Tim Cooper Photography reserves the right to cancel any program that does not meet minimum participant requirements, in which case participants will be informed as soon as possible and all money will be refunded.

  • Tim Cooper Photography is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a course cancellation.

  • Any payment to Tim Cooper Photography constitutes your acceptance to the above terms and conditions. The person who submits the payment does so on behalf of all the individuals included on it, so that all are bound by the booking conditions.
